Just go into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\chivalry_ded_server\UDKGame\Config" and edit the "PCServer-UDKGame" to have a game password and admin password so you can avoid random players joining. It's odd but for some reason when I tried making a lan server with the tool and it didn't work without the ports. I've verified the game file cache, my Nvidia card is up to date, all my software needed to run the game is current and I have no issue running the game and playing from Dedicated servers that are widely available online already. I am not quite sure why I am receiving this error.
Every time I attempt to launch the server (UDK.exe), I either receive a crash when running the 64-bit version or receive a pop-up of my DirectX Diagnostic Tool when launching the 32-bit version.
